Meet Zach
I’m Zach. Nice to meet you.
I’m the owner and primary filmmaker at Ardsley Park Productions. The guy behind the camera, and occasionally the guy on the couch trying to get the shot. I’m based in Savannah, GA, and I’ve been filming weddings for over a decade.
First, the important stuff.
I’m a dad. I do drop-offs and pick-ups. I’m at every parent/teacher meeting. And every October my daughter and I dress up together for Halloween. I’ll keep doing it until the day she finally refuses to let me.
I tell you this because it’s the same loyalty I bring to the people I work for. When you hire me, I’m in your corner.
The theatre years.
I spent a big chunk of my life acting in theatre and local commercials. Stories have always been how I make sense of the world: watching movies, writing, filming weddings, people-watching in the wild.
Being on stage taught me to feel out dramatic material. It also taught me exactly what forced looks like. So I don’t direct you through your day. I watch for the moment when something real is happening, and I make sure I’m in the right spot when it does.
Pretty pictures are easy. Knowing which moment matters is the job.
